The Full Body Cleanse is an outstanding product. Unfortunately, I missed specific times scheduled to take the supplement. I plan to finish up what I have left. There were days that I did great all the way till 5 PM, but then I would miss 7 PM or forget to drink the charcoal. If you can stay on schedule and stick as close to the raw fruits and vegetable diet, I believe the Full Body Cleanse would be amazing. I’ve done it before and absolutely loved it and have since recommended it to quite a few people. *

Bowel Motion is my magic pill for staying regular. I take between 2 and 4 pills a day before bedtime. I take 4 if I had a lot of junk food or meat that day. But 2 pills usually gets the job done. And it works without all of that cramping that laxatives usually cause. This is a natural alternative to those OTC laxatives. Safe enough to take daily. *

Just as the 20 day Full Body Cleanse, the 10 day was just as good and I continue to lose weigh. I went for my yearly check-up and my blood work improved and my blood pressure has dropped to the lowest it has been in the last 10yrs. Thanks DHerbs. *

I started taking these metabolism boosters with little expectation about a month ago. I figured they might work a little but didn't expect much. Well let me say I got great results. Let me preface by saying I do eat healthy, exercise and drink lots of water too. I believe these pills work best when you meet them half way with your lifestyle. I only take 2 pills instead of 3. My body is good with that. It really jump starts my day. I have lots of energy, my workouts are better and my appetite is not as strong. I'm so happy I found these. *

I was feeling really bloated everyday and was looking for a bowel mover supplement that might help. I read the reviews for Bowel Motion and it seemed to help a lot of people with the same issues I was having. I have been taking them everyday for about a month now and I feel so much better! My stomach is flatter because I'm not bloated all the time and I am much more regular. I only take 2 pills before bed instead of 3. 2 is more than enough for me. I would start out with 1 or 2 before bed and see how your body reacts. Very happy with this product. *
