D-herbs body cleanse was great. I have never done a cleanse before. I have to admit that for the first 3 days, it was challenging. I was very hungry even though I filled up with raw veggies. But my body began to adjust to the change. I was always a vegetarian, but my diet never consisted of eating raw entirely for 10 days. I feel lighter with more energy. My skin was clearer and I slept better than I ever have before. I would do this cleanse again. I'm glad I decided to try it. I recommended the cleanse to my sister. I plan on doing this cleanse 3 or 4 times a year. Thanks for providing a safe and effective cleanse. *

Love the Full Body Cleanse. I lost 12 pounds on it and you really get used to eating raw foods by the end of the 20 days. I am currently doing the Weight Release Cleanse and loving it! The hardest time is probably the first 7-10 days, but after that, it's really smooth sailing and you get the hang of it. Within the first couple of days, I lost around 5 pounds, then plateaued and was only losing a pound or two. In the last week, I lost 7 pounds and was amazed! *
