I have noticed the grays in my hair have lightened. I must do my part by drinking plenty of water to activate my results even further. I have also noticed that my hair feels good!! D-herbs body cleanse was great. I have never done a cleanse before. I have to admit that for the first 3 days, it was challenging. I was very hungry even though I filled up with raw veggies. But my body began to adjust to the change. I was always a vegetarian, but my diet never consisted of eating raw entirely for 10 days. I feel lighter with more energy.
