The Full Body Cleanse was such a worthwhile investment and commitment. Initially, I was concerned about eating raw for 20 days, but after the first few days, it was easier than expected! I never felt hungry or deprived and my body felt good and responded well! It was a great way to recommit to a better eating lifestyle and a great jumpstart to losing weight. After completing the cleanse, my desire for meat, sugar, dairy, and processed foods has diminished significantly! The cherry on top of completing the cleanse was noticeable weight loss! Colon & Digestive Tract is excellent. It helps to regulate the system calmly and pleasantly on a daily basis. I highly recommend it and prefer it over the other similar products. For a while, I added in the Electric Greens until they ran out but the Colon & Digestive Tract is good standalone. There appears to be no side effects and I feel healthier. *
