The Dherbs Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen is all it says it is! It was a wonderful surprise at the end of my 20 days to see that I have released 15 pounds. I am also a Diabetic and I have reduced my insulin intake as well. My glucose numbers are so much better. I have more energy when waking in the morning. It is not a chore to get out of bed. My body aches are gone. The material (Booklet) comes with the Program is very detailed. It was very helpful and easy to follow. The recipes are GREAT! There is so much to choose from. I would plan my meals the night before which was something I looked forward to. I was excited to try something new everyday. This was definitely worth the purchase. I wanted to share my experience with several of my family members and friends while going through it, but I thought to myself I had to have proof to sell this to anyone so I waited until I had completed my 20 days. I have PCOS, fibroids and fatty liver and was never able to lose weight. The Full Body Cleanse helped me lose 10 lbs. I did have one cooked meal, but next time, I will do it right. I am hoping to lose 40 pounds. *

I was hesitant to try the 10 day cleanse. Wow, this product did what it claimed. During the cleanse I was not bloated, I felt energized. I lost 9 pounds. I did eat steam vegetables for dinner on day 4,9,&10. This was what I needed to jump start my vegetarian eating. I started the plan on April 3rd and have not had any meat or seafood. *

I just started taking the Female Breast formula today. I’ve had a cyst of some sort on the left side of my breast (I’ve had it checked out) and it aches and feels heavy and all, but even 4 hours after taking these pills and also applying the breast oil, no soreness and they actually feel lighter! Yes, after being back on the Full Body Cleanse, it has really helped me maintain my cravings and allowed me to eat healthier and cleaner. I will say that the banana ice cream made my day and night :-). I am a big sweets eater and after having and enjoying that ice cream with my walnuts I was in heaven (Ha! Ha!).
