I heard the commercials on the radio for months and thought nothing of it. After gaining so much weight during the quarantine and gyms being closed in New York due to Covid I had to do something to shed this weight. Finally I ordered the Full Body Cleanse to rid my body of the enormous amount of junk food I had been eating. Fully aware that this cleanse is to cleanse your body of impurities and losing weight is considered a bonus in which I did ❤️. I started at 235pds and after the 20 days was up I weighed in at 217!!! The raw veggie diet was simple as I have always been an avid salad lover and smoothies when ever I crave sugar (naturally from fruit) is a win win! Anyone contemplating on living a better life, I strongly suggest you try out this product. My skin has cleared up; I sleep better look better and think better. I have started the weight release cleanser immediately after the FBC. I’m addicted!! *

I have just finished the 10-day cleanse today. I am a type 2 diabetic, and I wanted to eliminate and cleanse my body from the medicines that I have been taking for so long. While I was a little disappointed that I did not lose any weight (but I did not gain either) since I followed the eating plan to the letter, I know enough that there are other factors to be considered. I weigh myself three times a week, M, W, and F. Today was the last day, and I felt like I had lost weight. My scale measures not only weight but BMI, water, muscle, bone density, and fat. My fat has gone down, my water intake is up, my muscle mass is up, and my BMI is declining, my energy level is also up. I can exercise for a longer duration and intensity. I do know that muscle burns fat, so I am encouraged by that. So I will now try the 20-day cleanse to continue on this path of improving my health. Slow and steady wins the race. *

I love the Full Body Cleanse. Immediately after using it I ordered another 20 day cleanse so that I would have it for my fasting times. I use the cleanse as a form of fasting. I did the 20 day Full Body Cleanse. It was by far one of the best things I have done for my health. I am diabetic and hypertensive and have not taken my medications since starting the Full Body Cleanse, about 3 weeks ago. My blood pressure went down from 150/74 to 132/74 and my Blood glucose went from the high 160's to 114. My energy level has soared through the roof and I lost about 1.5 inches off my waist. I actually lost about 17 lbs. It wasn't hard to stick with the plan, I actually enjoyed the raw fruit and vegetables. I am very pleased with my results and plan to do the Weight Release cleanse next. *
