I loved this program. It wasn't as hard as I thought. Before the Full Body Cleanse I was eating a lot of fruits and vegetables. I would have chicken on my salads when I purchased a salad from a restaurant. I would eat fish from a restaurant maybe once a month. I did search for raw recipes on the Dherbs web site, which made it even better. I will be starting maintenance products next. Thank you so much!! *

The Full Body Cleanse worked really good! I lost 23 pounds. I followed the recommendations in the guide book such as colonics, sauna use and exercising. The activated charcoal can get a little messy but other than that there was no complaints at all. I plan on doing this program again. It is a great start to jump into a lifestyle change. *

Taste was not bad. I was thinking it would nasty like other teas I’ve tried. It was a weird good kind of taste. I didn't need to add honey or anything. It was easy to drink even when it cooled down. I enjoyed that it wasn’t a tea that forced me to stay home and wait for it to work. If there was a bowel movement on the horizon, I would know before and it was not an explosive or hurtful movement. I’m it sure it that’s good or bad but for me it was good. I recommend Weight Release Tea if your are not good at taking a lot of pills. I just couldn’t commit to the pills just yet. But I’ll give them a try eventually. *
