So I’m no stranger to cleansing. I saw the Full Body Cleanse review with Steve Harvey and thought to give it a try. but I was a little apprehensive once I got my cleanse in the mail, about a week and a half after I initially ordered it, I started it and honestly I was waiting to have crampy frequent bowel movements and none of that came. I cannot say I experienced any discomfort. At the end of my Cleanse I lost 20 pounds and I felt so energized. I’ve done Cleanses in the past where I felt completely drained but this was so different and I would do it again and I still recommend it to anyone looking for a cleanse. Absolutely love this activated charcoal. I drink it every night before I go to bed. A little bit of a chalky taste but not bad. *
