I did the Full Body Cleanse a couple months ago. Staying on a raw vegan diet was EXTREMELY difficult for me. The pills are not a big deal and drinking the charcoal I didn't mind at all. If you stick to this diet, it's LIFE CHANGING!! I am going to purchase it again and have a friend to be accountable to. Love DHERBS! *

I like to take the activated charcoal powder at bedtime to remove impurities while I'm asleep. I will continue to use the charcoal, even when I'm no longer cleansing. It will be a part of my daily regimen. Thank you Dherbs! *

Great cleanse. I lost a total of 15 pounds. I used this product once a year to help with maintaining my weight and bloating.
