I’ve used nerve formula pills in the past and they’ve worked well for me. I took them on a consistent basis to alleviate daily anxiety. I tried the Nerve-Calming Tea and it works very well. Almost an instant calmness fills me as soon as I drink this tea. Definitely helps with stress and anxiety. The lavender in it tastes very good as well. *
