I released 10 pounds on the weight release cleanse, just after releasing an additional 10 pounds after completing the Full Body Cleanse. 20 total pounds released so far, a pretty good start! I will be repeating the weight release cleanse until I release 50 total pounds! I feel fantastic, my energy level is higher than it's been in a long time. I especially like the bowel motion formula, and having the large bowel movement right after I wake up in the morning. I then go about my day not feeling backed up, and feeling like my system is cleaned out and flushed out. I also love the bath drops, well I love the whole system! I waited a couple weeks to do a review just so that I can give a honest opinion on how this product actually worked for me. In the beginning of this cleanse it was very hard because of the job that I do. I do a lot of moving around so it was very hard to stick to the diet plan that was given. Unless you are already vegan you will find it almost impossible to stick to that diet which is why I'm a small modifications by still continuing to eat meat but only eating salmon and tuna. I continued to drink only alkaline water. If I needed something with flavor, I made my own water with taste by adding fresh strawberries and lemon juice to flavor my own water. I also made sure I had a healthy snack every two and a half hours in between major meals. I did not exercise while on this clients until the last 3 days. ********* RESULTS******* * I begin to cleanse at weighing 215.8 finish the cleanse and weighed 209.2 * I felt great I felt clean and I felt energized after the cleanse was completed * I did experience my stomach going down in size and waistline slimming down as well *

I have been using the Full Body Cleanse since 2013 and I love it. You truly do lose weight with this cleanse and it truly cleanses the body. I feel refreshed every time I use it. I have energy, my skin looks clear and don't feel sluggish.The week is hard, but it get easy. I would recommend the Full Body Cleanse to anyone. *

Results don’t lie. I lost 16 lbs, and 3 inches in my waist.
