First cleanse I tried was very easy to follow and since it was only 10 days not hard to stick with. I had more energy and blood pressure dropped. I lost 9 pounds without any exercise. Good cleanse to start with to prepare for the 20 day full cleanse. I have nothing but positive comments and it helps you to have will power to endure till the end. *

I took the Electric Greens Combo formula while I was pregnant and for 6 months postpartum for breastfeeding. It helped supply all of the beneficial greens that I needed during my pregnancy even if I wasn't able to get them via food each day.
