I am not one for dieting but over the past couple of years I’ve gained some weight. I tried the Full Body Cleanse being skeptical but was surprised and very pleased with the results. The raw food diet took some getting used to but once I finished the cleanse I lost 15 lbs. I felt lighter and had more energy. I'm on Day 13 of my first cleanse and feeling great. I have energy without the caffeine, and that's coming from an avid coffee drinker! I've released 8 pounds so far, but my goal is to release the 50 pounds I've put on since I got married 2 years ago. I think the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen worked as it was advertised. I plan to join the club and get this 4-times a year as suggested. I am starting to feel better and see my behaviors adjust. I have started a lifestyle change and it was hard but I documented to help keep me on track. Still more to be done but I'm headed in the right direction. *
