The Full Body Cleanse works great, hard to eat only raw vegan but great cleanse. Took the first few days off to get use to my body adjustment from the cleanse but after that its becomes a habit and gets easier. It also help get rid of carvings and bad habits after cleanse is complete slowly introduce food back, slow is the key. *

The daily capsules are really easy to swallow so don't fret about the amount you have to consume daily. The charcoal and tea aren't bad at all either, I was worried about the taste but both don't really have a taste and you can add raw agave to the tea or a cinnamon stick for flavor. *

Excellent! I have used the Full Body Cleanse before. Lost weight, felt lighter and more energetic. I did have some nausea the first few days but I drank lemon water and it helped to minimize it. It was a little difficult taking pills six times a day but I packed my items the night before and it made it much easier to manage. the results are worth it!!! *
