I'm on my 4th day of the Full Body Cleanse and have lost 6 lbs YAY! I'm very happy with my progress. The FBC is fun and easy. I don't have to be hungry even though I'm eating only raw foods. I'm also happy I don't have to count calories and pulling my hair out figuring all that out. This is simple, clean and quick! For the past year I've been on all sorts of diets...This regimen is the ONLY one that works. I have done the weight loss regimen before with extraordinarily results. Weight loss after 50 has been a struggle. I tried shred diet with some results and keto with minimal results. I had great results doing the 10 day cleanse. I lost 12 pounds in the process even with a few day slip ups. I felt great except with a headache the first few days. Taking Advil kept them at bay. I think it was from having caffeine withdraws. My Cherokee Grandmother had me take One-A-Day "Plus Iron" Vitamins when I was a kid because I'm slightly Anemic. When I found out I was consuming "Ferrous Sulfate" all these years and that wasn't the best Iron for persons of African descent, I did some more research. I found out that the Iron Formula was better. I was directed to take this iron supplement because I was told that it was abundant in Iron Phosphate and has been making me feel great ever since.
