The Full Body Cleanse is a great product and it wasn’t very hard for me to transition from regular food to vegan. I lost 20 lbs and I’ve continued to eat very clean once the cleanse was over and I’m getting ready to do it again for a second time. Bowel Motion has helped me significantly. I have struggled with constipation and Irritable Bowel Syndrome. I went from having a bm every 3-4 days to having a bm every day. It has me regular, helps with bloating, and uncomfortable feeling. It doesn’t cramp my stomach much. But when you have to go, you have to go. But compared to severe constipation, that’s not a bad thing. It’s a great product! I’ve ordered it about 3 times already and ready to order again. *
