I completed my second Full Body Cleanse in August and released 17 lbs. and have kept it off. I exercised throughout and stayed on plan. I didn't find it difficult to eat raw as I was getting so many nutrients because my meals were so much more balanced. I made green juices and fruit juices with vegetable proteins throughout the cleanse. My skin was more radiant and I felt clearer and slept better. I have chronic insomnia so that was a major improvement. *

I struggle daily with going to the bathroom. I took 3 of these capsules before I went to bed like I've seen ppl suggest and within the first hour or so I went to the bathroom. I got a bit of cramping but I think it's because I'm so backed up. Other than that, I love it and I will be buying it again this week coming up. *

Colon & Digestive Tract is amazing. It helps flush everything out to keep you feeling great and light. Literally after the first day, I started feeling it working. It helps with constipation and bloating and overall weight loss. I use it in combination with Bowel Motion and the two work amazingly. The way I take these supplements is 3 capsules of Bowel Motion at night preferably two/ three hours before bed, so the cleansing can undergo while asleep and 3 capsules of Colon & Digestive Tract as soon as I wake up in the morning. I've never been on a cleanse as good as this one! Every time I do the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen it really cuts down body fat in me. An awful lot of pills but totally worth it. The reward of feeling internally clean and regular makes it totally worth it. I would recommend this cleanse to anyone looking for a promising natural vegan cleanse. *
