Taking the Full Body Cleanse made me feel lighter in weight & brightened my skin tone. It helped me alter my intake of meats such as red meats to just chicken & fish. I am not a Pork eater at all. I have been able to maintain a diet consisting of vegetables, fruits, oatmeal, chicken & fish. I plan to cleanse my body with Dherbs every 6 months. I love the effects of Dherbs. I benefited from the 10 day FBC just as much as the 20 day FBC but in a less amount of time. I like to use this cleanse 3x yearly approaching each season. It’s a great way to kick start the season with eliminating waste and toxins. I recommend this cleanse for the person that thinks 20 days is too long as a way to prepare the mind and body for the 20 day FBC cleanse. I eat a raw diet that is flavorful and fulfilling. I gather most of my raw foods recipes off of the Dherbs website. On average I lose 7lbs on the 10 day FBC Express. *

The maintenance package has been an excellent tool to keep me on track long enough to permanently adopt a healthy lifestyle. I just purchased another 8oz bottle of Oxy-Oil. This is a wonderful product. I have noticed great improvement on my skin from acne blemishes, eczema and old scars. I had an old scar from a burn on my inner forearm, that was raised and very obvious. It was embarrassing when I wore short sleeves/sleeveless. Today I am proud to point out the scar and tell my family and friends that Dherb's Oxy-Oil has greatly improved that scar, other scars, eczema and my acne blemishes. The old scar from the burn is flat and blends in with the rest of my skin. I have 2 days left on the Weight Release Program and I am already down 12 pounds. For several months, I have exercised consistently and basically have watched what I ate. I could see my pants getting tighter and tighter. Always been feeling that since my age has slowed down my metabolism to a snail's pace, and its hopeless to forget about losing weight.
