This product is great! You take a lot of pills every day and the charcoal is pretty hard to get down. The tea tasted good. The diet is hard the first couple of days. If you can get through them, this product is worth every penny. I lost 12 pounds by day 10 and felt great! Don’t think because it’s a cleanse you will be in the bathroom a lot. It’s not like that. It’s gentle. If you are thinking about doing a cleanse, I highly recommend this one. *

It took two days for me to actually feel the results. By the third day I went from smoking a pack a day to smoking half a pack a day.
