The 10 Day Blood Cleanse is a great cleanse overall....and after finishing this blood cleanses all my blood work came back, excellent. It actually surprised my doctor, I didn't lose as much weight as I wanted, however I feel much better and have more energy than I've had in along time. I completed the 10 Day Blood Cleanse. I enjoyed the cleanse. I didn't care for the tea warm, I liked it better cold. The carbon was weird to drink only because it was black but it didn't have a taste so that was good. I could tell the cleanse was working by my skin and nails, complexion was clearer and nails didn't have a lot of ridges on them. I will do this cleanse again. *
