I lost a lot of weight and cramp pains went away. I felt whole and lifted. I wasn't heavy and groggy as usual. and my eating habits were better. I was happy this product was recommended, I was looking for something to fix my issue of sluggishness and heaviness throughout the day. It was an adjustment to get the eating cycle and times of day necessary but once I got a flow I was good to go. *

In just a short time with the 10 Day Express Cleanse I was able to focus distinctively on my health and felt and saw instant results in my body. I was able to release 11 lbs of waste and I really enjoyed the raw Vegan recipes. I also felt more energy and focus while on the Cleanse. Once I stopped the diet and herbal supplement regimen, I felt decreased energy levels, thankfully, I did not pick up any weight, but I did notice the change in how my body felt overall; I had very low energy and was able to distinguish how very small changes in diet affect overall wellness. When I began the cleanse it was tough, but by day 3 I adjusted to it. I released 10 pounds and I gave up coffee. I would drink 2 cups a day, but I no longer crave it. I’m planning on doing this cleanse again soon. *
