I was very happy with choosing the 10 Full Body Cleanse. It worked well for what I was trying accomplish with my weight and also it assisted with my eating habits. I especially like the Charcoal. Just completed my 10 day cleanse. I feel Great! Not to mention I lost 10 lbs. The capsules take very little effort to swallow, the tea is very good, & the charcoal looks horrific but has zero taste. Love it. The dherbs Full Body Cleanse is apart of my life now. *

Loved this product! My husband and I have done the 20 day cleanse previously and released 20 or more pounds each time. We did the 10 day Express cleanse this time because a trip came up for us that would not allow for the 20 day. We saw similar results as we did with the 20 day cleanse, however we did not lose as much. This is a very good option if you are new to cleansing or you have a quicker turnaround time. The 10 day Full Body Cleanse Express was a very easy program to follow after the first day. I think you have to be mentally prepared for the raw foods required. I lost a total of 8 lbs! Will definitely try it again. *

I lost 7 lbs. in the first 3 days of the 10 Day Full Body Cleanse Express but nothing since. The tea has no taste to me after a couple of days. I have stuck with it but am feeling hungry today. I am looking forward to it being over in 2 days. Since I have never been a very disciplined eater, I'm proud of not cheating. I've been very good about taking the supplements when due and eating only raw food. I do not like the way my stomach bubbles/growls most of the time. I do notice my skin is clearer and feels better to the touch. Also, my normally congested head & nose are totally clear and I've only sneezed twice since I've been on this regimen. *
