D-herbs body cleanse was great. I have never done a cleanse before. I have to admit that for the first 3 days, it was challenging. I was very hungry even though I filled up with raw veggies. But my body began to adjust to the change. I was always a vegetarian, but my diet never consisted of eating raw entirely for 10 days. I feel lighter with more energy. My skin was clearer and I slept better than I ever have before. I would do this cleanse again. I'm glad I decided to try it. I recommended the cleanse to my sister. I was hesitant to try the 10 day cleanse. Wow, this product did what it claimed. During the cleanse I was not bloated, I felt energized. I lost 9 pounds. I did eat steam vegetables for dinner on day 4,9,&10. This was what I needed to jump start my vegetarian eating. I started the plan on April 3rd and have not had any meat or seafood. *

This was my 3rd time doing the cleanse (2-10 days and 1-20 day) over a few years time. I felt amazing after each use. I had more energy and was able to stop depending on caffeine to keep me going.
