I've done this cleanse twice, each time after eating too much cooked foods. I can't remember how much weight I lost during the first cleanse but my second cleanse I lost 7 pounds. Doing this cleanse was pretty easy for me because, with the help of my herbalist, I was vegan for 5 years and a vegetarian for another 5 years. I did so for health reasons. After I healed I went back to meat (primarily organic chicken and turkey and fish) and wheat.
