If you follow this down to the "T" you will definitely lose the weight. I lost 11lbs in 10 days and the first three days were hard, but then i got it. The menus are actually great and taught me that I can take a break from meat sometimes. *

Excellent Cleanse program. I slept better and woke up rested. I lost 6 lbs. I did get a few acne breakouts which only told me that the cleanse did work, doing everything I wanted it to do, cleanse. After doing more reading on the site I decide that I’m going to do the 20 day Full Body Cleanse and follow up with the Weight Release Cleanse and Regimen. *
