I have done this 10 day full body cleanse now about 3 times. The instructions are easy to follow and it works! I wanted to do the 20 day one but I am going away on vacation and want to be able to have a drink while away...lol. So I opted again for this quick cleanse. Don't let the duration fool you. I followed it the best I could, overall I am very pleased with the product. The charcoal I did not use, I felt that it was not helping me. My wife, daughter and I did the 10 day cleanse together. It was such a great experience for us all. Only thing we didn’t like was taking 15 pills daily. We got through it. We all felt better and have change our way of eating. I lost 18lbs, my wife 10 and daughter 9. We will do it again after Thanksgiving. 10 days worked for us. I tried at least 3 of the recipes.
