I read the reviews prior to starting this product. As stated the first three days were the hardest. I didn't lose much weight but I felt better. I enjoyed most of the recipes. My blood pressure was down so much my doctor was even excited. This product did interfere with my night medication. I had to figure out the best way to approach it. I will try the 10 day again. Not sure if I am ready to do the 20 day cleansing. *

I think the program was nice, it helped me to focus more on what I have been putting in my body, this was my first time going on any type of body clean. I take this every so often, however, you have to be discipline. Overall I like all Dherbs products, it’s healthy w/o added bad stuff. It’s always my go to following weight release. I actually tried the product and liked it! It's kinda hard taking so many pills but I did it. I'm a tea drinker so the tea was great! Didn't have to add anything. If I hadn't cheated a little, I probably would've lost more. 7lbs wasn't that bad! I might try it again with no cheating! *
