This product is great! You take a lot of pills every day and the charcoal is pretty hard to get down. The tea tasted good. The diet is hard the first couple of days. If you can get through them, this product is worth every penny. I lost 12 pounds by day 10 and felt great! Don’t think because it’s a cleanse you will be in the bathroom a lot. It’s not like that. It’s gentle. If you are thinking about doing a cleanse, I highly recommend this one. *

This is my first time ever giving a product a review. But since this product has worked so well for me I thought I would give back and give a review for others. My wife and I both see real results each time we use the 10 Day Cleanse. I was skeptical the first time that I tried it and the 1st day or 2 was a little rough. However, after those first 2 days it was smooth sailing. At the end of the 1st 10 Day Cleanse I lost about 12 lbs. *

This product really increased my energy levels, it also helped my sleeping patterns. I didn't need an alarm clock to awaken me each morning. I used the ten day body cleanse express to prep for the 20 day full body cleanse. Over all, my body felt better, never felt hunger or had cravings for foods. The raw diet is tricky, but once you get the hang of it, it's not a problem. Over all I felt cleaner, body responded better to work outs and sleep.
