The 10 Day Full Body Cleanse lives up to its claim. I did have a slight headache the first day but after that it was all uphill. I lost about 5 pounds and would have probably lost a little more but I had a day where I did not follow the plan to a tee. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to get back on track or wanting to lose a few pounds and change their eating habits. I will continue to eat healthier because I feel better. *

With the ten day experts I was able to lose weight. The charcoal is in a league of its own, it is helping lower my blood sugar. I am taking the charcoal by itself.
