It was not hard to follow a raw, vegan diet because the supplements kept me feeling full all day. I did feel tired the first few days, but by the fourth day, I had a lot of energy in the evening. Raw food diet was difficult. Would have been helpful if the weight release inhaler or sugar capsules was part of the cleanse to help with cravings.
