I decided to try the 10 day cleanse. It was my first time detoxing or trying these products so I decided to try this since it is only 10 days. I gotta say its the first 2 days that are the toughest. It is all just a mental thing though because I wasn't hungry I just missed my morning cup of coffee and breakfast that I have gotten used to. I read that some people said that their stomach was hurting and they had to be in the bathroom all day. But that wasn't the case with me. I only went once at night and didn't have any cramps. They say it depends on how many toxins you have in your body how your body will react to it. I did not have any regrets at all. I did 5 days and lost 3 pounds. I will try the weight loss release next since I have baby weight to get rid of and have faith in these products now. I totally recommend this product and will recommend it to my friends and family. *

I took the 10 day Full Body Cleanse and boy it was good.The first day I started it you can actually feel the difference and if you try to eat something that is outside of the Dherbs menu it comes right out its good for discipline reason I always use it right before I go out of town and my results are always outstanding. *

I heard about the 10 day cleanse through a family friend and I'm very septic about trying new products, because it seems every product out there claims to. Well I gave this cleanse a try and to my dis belief it really works!!!! Omg I lost 12 pounds! Yes it's a lot of pills but after the first two days you get used to it, but most importantly it works. The 10-day Full Body Cleanse was an EXCELLENT start to a healthier life style. Today is day 10 for me but I began to feel the positive effects early in the cleanse. I feel and look amazing after only 10 days. In addition to the cleanse, I did work out consistently. Not sure how much I have loss but my pants definitely are loser than they were 10 days ago. I actually am going into my fourth day of the cleansing process, the products are fine, the active charcoal is very messy unsure if that can be condensed into something that it's a little easier to manage, but overall I think it's a great product thus far and I'm looking forward to 10 day success, my co-worker is doing it also, have good results. More details should be given related to what side affects if any. Great product. Loss 3 pounds already. *

I'm on my 2nd time with the 10 day express cleanse, have not completed yet. However my first experience was a few months ago, I was so amazed at how much better I felt and looked! Received many compliments from others on how good my skin looked, hair, etc. First couple of days was challenging to adjust, but the 3rd day was "magic"! I felt wonderful! Ended up loosing around 6lbs in 2 weeks. Now that is quite amazing for me, for I'm in my late 50's and active, but have difficulty loosing weight. The 10 day cleanse is a great product after the 20 day cleanse the 10 day product has less pills but you must continue to eat properly in order to maintain the weight loss. I use the 10 day cleanse in between my 21 day cleanse on the 21 day cleanse. I lost 17 lbs and with the 10 day I lost an extra 5-10 lbs. *

This was just what I needed. I am a former athlete who use to be in shape but over the years I got content with my size and shape until I decided to use the D'Herbs Full Body Cleanse.
