I was able to do the cleanse on this cleanse. while working. The cleanse leaves you feeling great and you do not feel tired like you do with some other cleanses. I lost weight, however the best thing is I feel healthier and my eating habits have followed me after the cleanse. Ready for the 20 day cleanse. I can't wait. I have already recommended this to several of my friends. The cleanse only only works if you are willing to work. Your diet goes a long way and it is important that you follow a raw vegan diet while. *

I tried the 10 day Full Body Cleanse for the first time and was amazed at how much energy I had afterwards. I could really feel it working in a positive direction. I would recommend this cleanse if you are able to just eat the raw fruits and veggies recommend. I will admit, it was hard sticking to the diet portion but after day two I was fine. I would not recommend starting off with the 20 day cleanse...unless you are disciplined to eat the recommended diet. I will do this cleanse again in a few months. Thanks for a great product! *

For me this product exceeded my expectations. It wasn't hard to take the pills. The routine wasn't hard to follow. I lost 14 lbs as well. My first time was 4 months ago and I plan on doing it again next month. One last thing, I had no craving during the entire 20 days. Great product! *

Will definitely be ordering again. The pills took some getting use to for me, but the cleanse did everything it was suppose to. I loved the tea. I did the 10-day cleanse after not having done a cleanse or colonic in more than three years. I was bloated, tired and just unhappy with my body. Once I got past day three, I began to see results. My clothes fit better, I felt less tired, and due to the eating plan, I was eating far more healthier than I had in my life. The sugar and meat cravings were gone. My belly bloat has pushed me in to a size 16, and after the cleanse I was able to get into my size 12s. I am quite happy with this product. *

This product was easy to use. You do need to be disciplined in following directions and doing a raw diet to achieve maximum results. I would recommend doing this cleanse each season to rejuvenate and release built-up toxins. *
