Reviews: 10 Day Full Body Cleanse Express

First, I have to say thanks to Steve Harvey for endorsing this product, I am an avid listener to his radio talk show and this is how I heard about this product. I was feeling very tired and lousy and I knew I needed something healthy to help me through this. I decided to use the Full Body Cleanse; I didn’t think I was capable to do the twenty day cleanse so I ordered the ten day. I have to confess the first two days were challenging, but by the third day I was fine. By day five I felt the difference in my body, I felt very energized and I didn’t feel hungry. At the end of the tenth day I lost ten pounds (I didn’t do this cleanse to lose weight) I have to find a healthy way to gain back those ten pounds. I am telling everyone about this, if you need to flush those toxins from your body or you need to lose some weight you HAVE to try this product. I haven’t eaten meat since I started this cleanse, and I don’t miss it. I made a pledge to myself I will do this cleanse twice a year after summer and after Christmas. If you are reading this it’s because you are thinking about doing this cleanse, please make an investment into yourself, do it for you it’s well worth it. Happy cleansing. *

I fully committed to this cleanse. I prepared myself by shopping for all the necessary fruits, vegetables, spices, and nuts I needed. Day 1 is intense and almost feels impossible. But day 2... I felt great, energized, and no cravings. I weighed myself the day after I completed the cleanse and I am down 14lbs. I cannot believe it. I will eat more raw foods from now on and I will be doing this cleanse 3-4 times a year. *

I researched this product for almost a year before I actually bought it, I listen to Steve Harvey faithfully and when the 10% discount was offered I jumped at the chance. I did not think I could handle 20 so I started with the 10 day express cleanse. I got my package quickly and my first day was father's day 6/21/2015. I had started to prepare my mind and body for a few days before I started. Today is day 4 and I feel pretty good. my energy level has increased. I have never had an issue with my bowels so the increase in that area didn't bother me too much. I have increased my water intake so yes there is an increase in my bathroom breaks. Today was the first day I had a slight headache and today I was a bit hungrier that the first 3 days. I have not had any stomach pains or cramping, thank goodness. So because everyone is different our experiences our different. I have not followed the cleanse to the full extent that I probably should for better results. But as of today (again only day 4) I have lost 3 pounds. Not much for most people but I am happy with it. For the record I am a 49 year old woman in early menopause with weight gain as a side effect. I still get my monthly cycle and of course it started the day after I started the cleanse. Once I finish the 10 day cleanse and am able to see my results I might do it again. I might even try the 20 day. *
