I ate raw vegan for the entire 10 days and lost 8 lbs. I was even complimented after the cleansing that my skin looked great from a member at my local gym. I felt lighter and cleaner and will do this cleanse once a year. I set my clock on my phone to go off to remember when to take the supplements and to drink the tea. This product is very helpful with cleansing your liver and cleansing all the access foods out your body and also get rid of the bloating in your stomach. The 10 day liver cleanse is an amazing product! I suffer from wheat/gluten and yeast intolerances. I was getting some allergy like symptoms and needed to assist the liver in working on getting some impurities out of my body. The first 3 days seemed worse, but on day 4 I was back to optimal happy health! This is one I will continue to do in addition to the full body cleanse! Thank you! *
