This 2-3-2 Cleanse exceeded my expectations. It began working within 24 hours and does what it says it's going do. The hardest part for me was being tempted and once or twice, ok, a few times by giving in to my favorite crunchy snack, Crunchy White Cheddar Cheetos. I want to try the 7 day cleanse once a month and challenge myself to strictly stick to juices and raw foods. I do wish there were recommendations on simpler juices, I wasn't sure if the juices I was drinking were appropriate for the cleanse. All in all, I was very satisfied, hopefully one day I can work my way up to the Full Body cleanse. Thanks Dherbs. *
