I wanted to tell everyone about the benefits of the activated charcoal powder. I take a glass a few times a week internally. *

I mainly use the Activated Charcoal when my stomach feels off or I’ve eaten something too heavy. I mix a little in water before bed and by the next morning I don’t feel as bloated and gassy. I’ve also used a tiny bit on my toothbrush here and there and my teeth look a bit brighter. It’s simple, no weird taste, and one bag lasts a long time, so I just keep it in the cabinet for when I need it. *

I’ve been using this activated charcoal powder a few nights after heavy meals and I’ve noticed less bloating & better digestion by morning. I mix it with water. Super grateful I found this! *
