The Activated Charcoal is fantastic. I continue using it after my 10 and 20 day cleanses and have used it for the past six months with my toothpaste. I do a combination of baking soda, coconut oil, peppermint essential oil and the activated charcoal. It is simply fantastic. A must have in every home. *

This is a great product. It is very easy to take and although the color looks yucky, it is tasteless. 1/2 tsp in your room temperature water before bedtime and you'll be amazed at how well you sleep and the cleansing effect it will have for you in the morning. It does the job it is meant to do. Love it and have purchased a few times. I only wish it came in a bigger quantities. :-) *

I love love this stuff! I take it almost every night before I go to bed. It just makes me feel better. I use to wake up some mornings with a headache but since taking this that no longer happens.
