I will admit that I did not know how toxic I was. No worries though!!! This cleanse actually helped me realize that this was definitely NOT going to be a 20 day miracle worker. It was going to actually take some serious lifestyle changes even though I am already a vegan as it is. Down to the molecule of every food you attempt to put into your temple is how on point you have to be in order to achieve optimal health. Along with that, the more raw foods you eat, the better. I am on my 16th day of the Anti-V Cleanse and Regimen and I feel good. I stuck to my diet this time (I didn't when I did the FBD) and now I have a newfound love for raw foods. I will not be eating meat any longer after this cleanse besides the occasional salmon (once a month). My bowels have been regulated and no longer have an odor and I'm not craving fast food like I used to. Also, vaginal discharge have disappeared. Initially, it was tough to adapt to eating only raw foods but once I googled raw recipes, things became a lot easier. I used the Anti-V Cleanse and Regimen because I wanted to stay healthy this winter. When my son and family got sick I was the only one in the house that did not get sick. So far I have not had the flu or a cold. *

This product has really worked for me. I have noticed the difference it made in my daily bowel movementss and I would recommend this product to anyone who requires a good body cleansing. I did not lose as much weight as it promised, but that was not my main goal. *
