I've done Anti-V Cleanse and Regimen four times. Has helped me clear viruses without having to use medication. I am normally vegetarian and don't enjoy a raw diet but I have done it while doing this cleanse. Not my favorite aspect of the cleanse but the raw diet does help in increasing the benefits of the herbs. Also keeps me healthy during winter months. I've even used the herbs when I feel a cold coming on and it helps in fighting off the virus. *
