I bought this for my daughter. She is a teenage athlete and plays school volleyball, club volleyball, and runs track. She is always training, practicing, at a game, or track meet. So, basically 365 days she is doing something physical. Since she has started taking this, everyone sees a huge difference in her athletic energy. It is important that she stays at the top of her game and is physically fit and prepared. Honestly, I don’t know how she did what she did prior to taking this. However, she will never be without it now and I give thanks on top of thanks for DHerbs and this fantastic supplement…the athletic package. I highly recommend it if you have strenuous workouts or are very physically active like my daughter is. *
