I like the fact it's sweetened with stevia so no additional sweetener is necessary. Flavorful enough to drink throughout the day and mild enough to drink at night without disrupting your sleep. *

Besides the obvious benefits of the Blood and Lymphatic tea I was pleasantly surprised as to the taste of the tea considering I was unfamiliar as to how the herbs would taste in tea form. The tea is great and was a nice pick me up in the morning. Along with a healthy diet I would recommend the tea to others. *
