When I first started to take the Bowel Motion, for the first 3 days I urinated A LOT! Then I started to experience gas, bloating and cramps. I did eliminate the first day of taking it but the first 2 weeks were very uncomfortable, my stomach always felt as if I just got off a roller coaster and I felt nauseated often. However, I did eliminate 2 or 3 times a day. Around week 3 I felt energized and the cramps, gas, bloating and nauseated feeling went away. I would recommend this product for those that have issues eliminating daily, but I would advise that you will experience some discomfort at first. Taking the Bowel Motion when I get home from work allows it to digest (some of the herbs in the formula take 8 to 12 hours to take effect), so when I awake I eliminate at home and not at the gym or work. *

Bowel Motion has truly been a life saver for me. For some reason it takes me days (up to 3) for me to have a normal bowel movement and when I do it's usually a struggle with not much results. So frustrating because everyone else in my home are very regular having bowel movements more than once a day.
