Bowel Motion is real! It’s amazing, regardless if I have eaten or not there is a Bowel in Motion. I wish I could use it daily, but worries is addiction and creating a lazier bowel/colon. So when I cleanse twice a year, I make sure I include the Bowel Motion. A great product and I highly recommend it. *
