This medication only works for me when I take Lactalose that was prescribed to me by my GI doctor. However, the prescribed Rx only works when I take the Bowel Motion. *

I have IBS-C / CIC, I usually take Motegrity but was looking for something more natural that wouldn't make me feel physically drained. My GI told me not to do this, as most of their strongest medications barely help as my condition is severe/chronic, but there's a better option out there - this MAY be it, for me personally. Bowel Motion does work, to help go more consistently & comfortably, however, it's definitely not gentle on your stomach, or at least has not been within the 3 days of me taking it. The reviews are great, so i'm hoping I start to adjust soon- and will do another review after a month of taking them. *

Bowel Motion definitely gets the job done. I gave it 4 stars because my stomach cramps when it's alerting me to make my way to the restroom. I prefer the bubbling of the stomach instead of pain. All in all this is a great product and I will continue to use it. *
