I have been taking the Dherbs Bowel motion herbal Supplement since Nov. 2020 and it has helped me a lot with my bowels. Before I started taking this, for years I was having a lot of trouble with my bowels and I was prescribed so many different medications to take. In my opinion, the bowel motion pills are great for the digestive system. If you're aiming for a daily passage (#2 lol) I would highly recommend this item. As a male adult it works for me. *
