The Bowel Motion works really well. I took three capsules on a Friday night and then Saturday morning Bowel Motion worked. The product lives up to its name. You will not feel any cramps or pains from taking it. The bowel will come natural after taking Bowel Motion. I also purchased the Bowel Motion for my young adult daughter who stays constipated. She took it and it helped her move her bowels better but naturally. Thank you Dherbs for offering another great product. *

I've always had bowel movement problems as long as I can remember. Over the counter products either didn't work, wore off after a period of time or were too harsh on my system.
