I used the colon supplement and it kept me regular but I really didn't lose any weight like I was expecting. *

In the beginning the colon supplement worked well, it kept me from feeling constipated but I am not going to the bathroom on a regular basis, but I do like it! *

I started using this instead of the probiotics to help regulate my digestion system… Colon & Digestive Tract helps me when I eat something bad it cleans me out immediately… I use with the bowl motion as well … I would recommend this product if you need to get cleansed on a daily basis and want to get regulated as well. *

Th colon & digestive tract works better when taking 5 capsules instead of 3. While doing the Flora cleanse I was taking 5 capsules. Taking 3 does not work as well for me. So at times I have to take the bowel motion. *

Overall I think Colon & Digestive Tract did offer some good results since I only had one bottle. I took 3 capsules each night. I notice that if I ate right I would experience a bowel movement the next day, particularly in the morning at least once a day. I did receive some relief of occasional gas and bloating. I also experienced a better body odor as well, which is impressive. I think that I will need to continue to use the product in order achieve greater results.
