The Colon & Digestive Tract formula is absolutely amazing! I use to have difficulty being regular but now I go everyday like clock work and it makes me feel so much better. I never knew how good I could feel just from having regular bowel movement. I have tried everything from suppositories, miralax, prune juice, metamucil and ex laxs and nothing worked like this. I have been using this product for over a year now and can honestly say it is a miracle worker. It has helped me be very regular. I have a very sensitive stomach and digestive track and this product hasn't caused me any issues. I have been using this along with the activated charcoal and the two really go hand in hand. I recommended this product recently to my mom who has issues with digestion and constant bloating as well. *
