I tried the 3-Day Juice Cleanse and it was definitely a ride. Day one hit me hard because I’m so used to snacking, and suddenly going to only juice felt like a shock to my system. But by the time I woke up on day two, I felt way less sluggish. The cravings started to fade, and I actually had more energy than I expected. By day three, I felt pretty great — lighter, less bloated, and just overall clearer in my head. I didn’t have any major stomach issues or anything like that, which was a relief because I wasn’t sure how my body would react. The juices themselves were fine; a couple were really tasty, some were a little earthy for my liking, but nothing I couldn’t handle. When it was over, I didn’t feel like I’d been starving myself. I’d do it again. *

I tried the juice cleanse when it first came out. It was very pleasing and showed some great promise. It was difficult for me to get used to at first, seeing that it was just the juicing process, but after realizing that this was a Dherbs product and that they have not let me down yet, it became apparent that the choice was appropriate.
