I've been using the Full Body Cleanse Tea in conjunction with the Bowel Motion Tea. I drink this tea every morning and sometimes through the day. This tea keeps me full and I've noticed that I don't snack when drinking it. I add lemon juice and honey to take away any bitter taste and it tastes wonderful.
